About Parrish McGrade

I have been a health and fitness professional for over 12 years. My fitness background started at a very young age being very active in sports like baseball, volleyball and basketball. I started weight training in high school and right away I was hooked ! I love the challenge of pushing my body to new levels and the feeling of accomplishing my goals.
I joined the U.S. Coast Guard right after high school and continued to make exercise a everyday part of my life.  I received my A.S. in electronic engineering and started my career doing that after the Coast Guard. I knew it wasn’t what I wanted and loved to do. I decided to look into taking my personal hobby of fitness and make it into a career. I never looked back! I have enjoyed every year of my fitness career watching people grow and some shrink!!! I feel like I have been successful due to my passion and interest in helping others start a healthy lifestyle.
